A contract shall be deemed to have been concluded as soon as I have confirmed the assignment (by email). I undertake to perform all services with skill and care. If significant shortcomings remain, the client must submit a complaint in writing within 10 days of delivery of the work, stating the reason for the complaint. If no complaint is received within this period, the client shall be deemed to have accepted the service. In the case of justified complaints, I will revise the work concerned at my own expense or grant a cost reduction. My liability is limited to wilful intent and gross negligence. I do not assume liability for indirect losses caused by erroneous corrections on the part of the client. Overall, I can be held liable only for the amount invoiced for a given assignment.

Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Sion.
